Kinlyr provides connectivity and safety features (e.g., check‑ins, consent‑based location sharing, SOS). Kinlyr is not an emergency service. Call your local emergency number when needed.
Memberships are purchased via the app stores. Trials auto‑convert unless cancelled before the trial ends. Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled by app store policies.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of the new terms.
